There are no punks here! We are good people that love to train and see results. Although we do train hard, we train smart! It’s always a positive environment when you train with Tucson’s Rising Phoenix Fitness and Defense.

In addition to our regularly scheduled classes below, we also have an unpublished “Secret Schedule” of rotating classes for members — ranging from Yoga and Pilates group classes to Krav Maga test preparation to martial arts master classes and mini-workshops.
